The Senior Regional Quality Operations Specialist drives regulatory compliance and quality improvement, coordinating corrective actions and conducting analysis to enhance participant care in a PACE environment.

Provide administrative support for the interdisciplinary team: schedule and coordinate IDT meetings, serve as scribe, prepare agendas and presentations, track service requests and hospital/SNF/ER events, upload care plans to the EMR, perform compliance audits, and generate reports and reminders.

Coordinate PACE eligibility and enrollment by answering referrals, converting inquiries to home visits, scheduling assessments and enrollment conferences, documenting tasks in Salesforce, and supporting MOEE outreach, marketing, and enrollment projects.
