WelbeHealth Benefits Overview

Conduct community outreach to generate qualified referrals and enroll vulnerable seniors in WelbeHealth’s PACE program. Build relationships with senior centers, assisted living facilities, community organizations, caregivers, and referral partners. Coordinate outreach activities, educate referral sources about services, develop monthly marketing plans, and achieve enrollment goals. Spanish fluency is required, along with healthcare or senior-care sales and marketing experience.

Support design, development, testing, and deployment of AI solutions for PACE program. Assist with enterprise LLM applications, RAG pipelines, vector databases, cloud deployments (Azure/Docker), prototyping, validation, and documentation under senior engineer guidance.

Supports day center operations through participant check-in, scheduling, calendar management, inventory ordering, front-door management, meeting coordination, event planning, documentation, customer service, and cross-functional project support. The role requires onsite administrative assistance, stakeholder communication, service recovery, and maintaining participant safety and access procedures.
