Lead complex employee relations investigations and high-risk terminations, advise leadership and Legal on policy and risk mitigation, support performance management and leave/accommodation-related ER cases, develop ER training and scalable practices, and analyze ER data to identify trends and reduce organizational risk.

Perform retrospective and concurrent coding for PACE dual participants, conduct pre- and post-visit chart reviews, oversee audits, and deliver provider education to ensure CMS HCC coding compliance. Collaborate with the Coding Supervisor to identify HCC education opportunities and promote accurate, well-documented ICD-10 coding.

Lead cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives to improve clinical performance, patient experience, and cost of care; design scalable management processes; analyze data; present recommendations to leadership; and hire, train, and coach operations staff.
