Designs, assembles, wires, debugs, maintains, and improves automated production equipment and control systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues; developing schematics, drawings, and operating manuals; training production personnel; machining simple components; and supporting new equipment installation. Requires an engineering degree, PLC programming knowledge, electromechanical experience, machine assembly skills, and complex-systems troubleshooting ability.

Manages complex medical and life science manufacturing programs from design through launch, coordinating technical teams, schedules, budgets, tooling, suppliers, quality documentation, and customer communications. Leads APQP activities, design and process reviews, risk management, change control, troubleshooting, audits, and continuous improvement. The role also supports technical sales, product innovation, supplier management, manufacturing transfers, and team development while ensuring projects meet customer, quality, cost, and timeline requirements.

Leads plastic molding process development and tooling for high-tolerance parts. Responsibilities include conducting DOE, optimizing manufacturing processes, maintaining documentation, supervising molding personnel, supporting quality issues, leading continuous improvement, participating in APQP and quoting teams, supporting audits, and advancing molding technologies through tooling, equipment, and sensor improvements.
