Assists water well job site crews by handling tools, moving pipe, mixing drilling fluids, cement, and chemicals, operating a pump rig under supervision, maintaining equipment, driving vehicles, completing housekeeping, and following safety procedures. The role requires outdoor work, physical stamina, PPE use, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted. Employees may work rotating on-call schedules and physically demanding shifts exceeding 10 hours.

The FP&A Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and operational performance analysis across multiple business divisions.
