Oversee high-volume, multi-state payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees across multiple pay groups and cycles. The Cost Recovery Specialist identifies, recovers, and prevents financial leakage across grocery retail operations. Responsibilities include supplier debit balance collections, post-audit recovery coordination, recovery and savings reporting, vendor and category analysis, process improvement recommendations, financial systems testing, accounting support, documentation, and special projects. The role collaborates with Finance, Merchandising, Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, suppliers, and external audit partners.
