Assist providers during aesthetic injectable treatments, prepare and turn over treatment rooms, maintain aseptic technique, document in EMR, support patient comfort and post-care, educate patients on treatments and products to drive sales and rebooking, manage inventory and support front-desk efficiency.

Senior Paid Media & Performance Specialist will own end-to-end Meta and Google ad accounts, implement AI-driven bidding and creative workflows, map lead-to-patient conversion paths using HubSpot/Aesthetix, build tracking and attribution with GTM/GA4/Meta CAPI, optimize landing pages across CMS platforms, and lead client reporting, forecasting, and mentorship to scale performance and ROAS.
