Leads promotional strategy and creative production across Weigel’s television networks. Oversees Promotions team assignments, deadlines, performance, recruiting, and talent development; maintains brand standards and consistency; writes, produces, and edits promotional content; coordinates network formatting and timelines; and partners with marketing leadership on seasonal, tentpole, franchise, and network-wide initiatives aligned with ratings and business objectives.

Investigative Producer/Reporter develops and produces short- and long-term investigative stories, researches and verifies leads, files public records requests, and builds community sources. The role also supports live coverage, field anchoring, elections, severe weather, breaking news, digital content, websites, and social media. Success requires strong news judgment, legal and ethical awareness, enterprise reporting skills, deadline management, and collaboration with newsroom staff.

Writes and develops news stories for ABC57.com, publishes content across social media and a news app, issues push alerts, operates the teleprompter during live newscasts, and produces web content for live remote broadcasts. The role requires strong writing and communication skills, digital content experience, deadline management, and preferably knowledge of AP Style.

Produce daily multimedia stories: pitch ideas, cultivate sources, shoot and edit video, write web articles, deliver live reports, use social media for reporting, and follow newsroom standards.

Lead and motivate the sales team to grow market share and revenue through new-business development, strategic sales and pricing, inventory management, accurate revenue forecasting, recruiting and developing sales talent, and hands-on execution to meet budget goals.

The Account Executive will develop marketing solutions, sell broadcast and digital media advertising, and cultivate client relationships.

Lead affiliate and external media marketing strategy to drive network and program awareness. Build and maintain TV affiliate and partner relationships, oversee outside media buying and negotiation, manage promotions and event activations, mentor marketing staff, collaborate with press/publicity, evaluate campaign results, and present strategic solutions to stakeholders.

Direct live newscasts using Grass Valley Ignite; operate switcher, audio, cameras, graphics, teleprompter and studio systems; code newscasts in iNews; design graphics with Adobe CC; supervise lighting and set setup; edit video, perform videography, and collaborate with producers, anchors, and reporters to improve presentation.
