Oversee apartment community operations across assigned properties, including budgets, financial reporting, leasing, resident retention, staffing, payroll, maintenance coordination, vendor management, compliance, and customer service. Serve as a temporary onsite leader for acquisitions, lease-ups, distressed assets, and staffing needs. Travel between communities, mentor associates, implement marketing strategies, and ensure timely completion of property operations and resident services.
