Manage daily operations, leasing, maintenance, vendor relationships, staff hiring/training and financial performance of a multi-million-dollar apartment community to meet budget, increase asset value, and ensure resident satisfaction.

Manages all aspects of a multifamily apartment community, including budgets, financial reporting, leasing, resident retention, maintenance coordination, vendor relationships, staff leadership, recruiting, compliance, property improvements, and daily operations. The role oversees service quality, conducts market analysis, supports leasing activities, manages renewals and move-ins, monitors inventory and invoices, and ensures the community meets operational and financial goals.

Manage property insurance claims from incident intake through restoration and financial recovery. Responsibilities include assigning claims, coordinating adjusters, contractors, engineers, legal counsel, insurers, and internal teams; tracking invoices, insurance proceeds, subrogation, and recoveries; managing vendors and contracts; preparing reports; meeting deadlines; and improving claims processes and cost efficiency.
