Assists the Community Director with daily apartment community operations, leasing, resident retention, financial reporting, rent collections, invoice processing, expense tracking, applications, move-in orientations, and deposit reconciliations. Conducts property tours, analyzes competitors, implements leasing strategies, supervises staff when needed, supports budget and revenue goals, and maintains community standards. Provides professional service to residents, associates, vendors, and prospective residents while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing laws.
