Perform general and non-routine accounting tasks including month-end closings, account analyses, monthly Borrowing Base and fixed fee calculations, client rebate computations and payments, Concur T&E and P-card processing, audit support, and special projects for US Controller and VP of Finance.

Provide sales and administrative support to Destination Managers to increase closed loan production. Manage calendars, borrower communications, document collection and compliance checks, track pipelines in Surefire CRM, liaise with title/real estate/underwriting teams, prepare marketing and client communications, and perform general office duties to support loan fulfillment.

Provide day-to-day administration and optimization of the EPIC agency management system and lead management system, manage releases and feature rollouts, support users and logins, maintain documentation, assist with data integration and reporting, liaise with corporate IT, and support IT/cybersecurity compliance efforts.
