Recruit and hire new and experienced sales associates for regional real estate offices by prospecting, conducting appointments and interviews, attending career events and schools, using company recruiting tools, managing leads and reporting, and collaborating with regional leadership to meet a target of 48 hires per year.

Build and maintain a pipeline of experienced real estate agents through phone and in-person prospecting, partner with sales leaders to convert hires, deliver presentations, schedule appointments, track and report recruiting metrics, use Microsoft/Zoom/CRM tools, act as a brand ambassador, and perform administrative recruiting duties.

Provide sales and administrative support to Destination Managers to increase closed loan production. Manage calendars, borrower communications, document collection and compliance checks, track pipelines in Surefire CRM, liaise with title/real estate/underwriting teams, prepare marketing and client communications, and perform general office duties to support loan fulfillment.
