Recruit and hire new and experienced sales associates for regional real estate offices by prospecting, conducting appointments and interviews, attending career events and schools, using company recruiting tools, managing leads and reporting, and collaborating with regional leadership to meet a target of 48 hires per year.

Build and maintain a pipeline of experienced real estate agents through phone and in-person prospecting, partner with sales leaders to convert hires, deliver presentations, schedule appointments, track and report recruiting metrics, use Microsoft/Zoom/CRM tools, act as a brand ambassador, and perform administrative recruiting duties.

Provide sales and administrative support to Destination Managers to drive loan closings. Manage calendars, communications, and CRM pipeline; collect and review borrower documents; liaise with title, real estate, underwriting and processing teams; prepare marketing and client communications; ensure regulatory compliance checks; support trainings and general office tasks to meet production goals.
