Designs and quotes three-phase distribution and power transformers rated up to 230kV. Responsibilities include verifying performance under short-circuit, overvoltage, and thermal conditions; interpreting customer specifications; preparing customer and shop drawings; developing test protocols; reviewing factory test reports; and providing techno-commercial solutions. The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to address technical challenges and improve product quality.

Operate transformer coil-making machinery, read bills of materials, instructions, and drawings, splice wire using a brazing torch, and meet manufacturing quality requirements. The role requires overtime availability, safety compliance, drug screening, and background checks. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of manufacturing experience, and an ACT WorkKeys NCRC certification.

Serve as primary customer contact for orders, ensure contract fulfillment, coordinate with production and engineering, manage documentation, change orders, payments, and customer visits, and represent WEG at client meetings and presentations.
