Lead and scale DigitalOcean's India storage engineering organization owning strategy and execution for object, block, file, backup, and snapshot services. Build and manage multiple teams (50+ engineers), define multi-year roadmap, ensure reliability, scalability, operational excellence, reduce technical debt, drive platform performance and storage economics, recruit senior talent, and partner with global product, infrastructure, and business leadership to deliver GA-ready storage services.

Develop and maintain UVM/SystemVerilog verification environments and reusable testbenches for IP/SoC. Create and run verification plans, constrained-random tests, assertions, checkers, and coverage models. Debug failures with tools like Verdi, run regressions on VCS/Xcelium/QuestaSim, verify AMBA interfaces, and collaborate with RTL teams to drive verification closure before tape-out.

Provide production support and monitoring for enterprise Hadoop/Big Data platforms, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, support data pipelines and deployments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain operational documentation, and participate in on-call rotations and disaster recovery exercises to ensure platform stability and performance.
