Leads regional marketplace growth by developing sales strategies, managing P&L, expanding vendor partnerships, overseeing business development associates, and collaborating with operations, marketing, product, and technology teams. The role analyzes performance dashboards, addresses vendor and customer issues, improves marketplace operations, and drives revenue, GMV, and customer satisfaction in the Houston region.

Grow regional marketplace revenue by recruiting and onboarding local restaurants, bakeries, and food providers. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship building, deal closing, vendor promotion development, listing accuracy, feedback collection, and collaboration with marketing, technology, customer service, and operations teams. The role is onsite in Houston five days per week and focuses on expanding vendor partnerships and GMV.

Provides Tier 2 IT support for warehouse operations, managing networks, servers, endpoints, printers, scanners, security systems, warehouse applications, and IT assets. Responsibilities include infrastructure deployment, inspections, repairs, access management, onboarding and offboarding, floor-plan and project-plan development, SOP creation, user training, and local implementation of headquarters projects. The role is onsite five days weekly with substantial on-call coverage.
