Coordinates daily delivery logistics by planning routes, supporting drivers, monitoring delivery performance, improving fleet operations, and preparing reports. The role also assists with recruiting coordination, administrative and contracting tasks, vehicle maintenance, package delivery, and fleet and warehouse cleanliness. This onsite position requires driving, lifting up to 50 pounds, weekend work, and adaptability to varying weather conditions.

Manages second-shift outbound warehouse operations across dry and fresh/frozen fulfillment. Oversees frontline teams, throughput targets, productivity metrics, safety, compliance, staffing, equipment, budgets, and operational efficiency. Coaches supervisors and employees while enforcing warehouse policies and shipping requirements. The role also supports process improvement, facility scaling, and cost-effective workflow execution.

Provides onsite Tier 1 IT support for warehouse operations, maintaining networks, endpoints, printers, scanners, badge and alarm systems, surveillance equipment, servers, storage, and warehouse applications. Manages IT assets and WMS access, performs inspections and preventative maintenance, supports onboarding and offboarding, creates infrastructure diagrams and project plans, writes SOPs, trains users, and assists with HQ technology implementations. Includes weekday and weekend on-call coverage.
