Recruit, onboard, schedule, and support a network of contract photographers and videographers. Manage portfolios, ensure creative quality, coordinate assignments and engagement sessions, maintain contractor records, and support event readiness while building partner relationships.

Drive venue revenue by meeting sales targets, converting leads, and upselling. Build client relationships, plan and coordinate weddings end-to-end, manage event staff, handle administrative tasks in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, and solve on-site issues. Weekend and holiday availability and some physical setup required.

Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build dashboards and reports, automate reporting processes, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to support forecasting, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives.
