Drive venue revenue by meeting sales targets, converting leads, and upselling. Build client relationships, plan and coordinate weddings end-to-end, manage event staff, handle administrative tasks in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, and solve on-site issues. Weekend and holiday availability and some physical setup required.

Provide administrative support for assigned wedding venues from booking through event day. Coordinate client music worksheets, timelines, and DJ assignments; manage Deputy scheduling; communicate event details to DJs, clients, and venue teams; maintain records and logs; resolve discrepancies and escalate operational issues; support cross-functional workflows and departmental projects to ensure smooth events.

Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing for a multi-location hospitality business by managing Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, building nurture campaigns and segmentation, optimizing lead scoring and routing, supporting website integrations, troubleshooting automation, and delivering reporting and dashboards to improve conversion and retention.
