Build and maintain the company’s centralized data platform, including ETL/ELT pipelines, API integrations, data models, quality controls, monitoring, and governed reporting datasets. Partner with departments to define data requirements, improve CRM and operational data flows, support dashboards, and establish trusted metrics. Own delivery coordination with internal teams and consultants, including roadmaps, testing, documentation, risk management, acceptance criteria, and knowledge transfer.

Manage end-to-end client onboarding, KYC/FICA documentation verification, bank account applications, compliance administration, application tracking, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up. The role coordinates with clients, banks, and internal teams, identifies discrepancies, maintains confidential records, and supports process improvements while ensuring banking and regulatory requirements are met.

Support property management clients by delivering software training, guidance, and ongoing customer support. Promote product adoption, interpret data, advise on rental industry practices, communicate through phone, email, and virtual sessions, and collaborate internally on customer needs and product improvements. The role requires strong rental property management experience, Excel proficiency, technical aptitude, communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities independently.
