The People Partner advises leaders on workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, performance, employee relations, and people strategy. The role supports recruitment planning, manager coaching, employee lifecycle administration, HRIS data accuracy, workforce reporting, engagement initiatives, succession planning, retention, and continuity planning. It also ensures effective onboarding, policy administration, and employee support across the company.

Quality Engineer responsible for shift-left quality across software products, including backend, API, and end-to-end automated testing. The role uses Laravel/PHP, Playwright, and TypeScript; validates financial workflows; investigates customer issues; supports triage; reviews requirements; and implements small bug fixes. The engineer partners closely with Developers, Product, and Customer Success while using AI tools to improve test design, automation, debugging, and code review.

Provide hands-on technical leadership while designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable PHP/Laravel SaaS applications. Own features through production, make architectural decisions, mentor engineers, promote automated testing, and collaborate with Product and Quality Engineering. Use AI-assisted development tools to investigate problems, generate and review code, improve test coverage, debug issues, and document solutions while critically validating AI output.
