Provide advanced technical support and 3rd-level escalation for optical and X-ray sorting equipment. Diagnose electrical, controls, networking, software, and mechanical issues; coordinate cross-functional resolution, support commissioning and NPI, perform field visits, document procedures, and train service personnel. Provide after-hours support on rotation and travel up to 50%.
