Production Engineer responsible for monitoring and maintaining high-availability trading systems, managing production incidents, performing root-cause analysis, supporting databases and middleware, and automating operational workflows. The role collaborates across operations, engineering, and client services teams while supporting global trading sessions, including irregular hours. Key technologies include MySQL, NoSQL databases, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, programming languages, and AWS.

Own Webull Securities’ capital, liquidity, and clearing risk framework. Monitor net capital, clearinghouse requirements, margin, deposits, funding, and exposures; develop risk limits, early-warning indicators, dashboards, stress tests, VaR, scenario analyses, and capital forecasts. Partner with executive, treasury, compliance, and clearing operations stakeholders to escalate and remediate risks, support governance reporting, and strengthen the clearing risk function.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Webull’s Advisor Services platform supporting RIAs, wealth managers, and their clients. Lead development of onboarding, custody, trading, portfolio management, billing, reporting, integrations, and client-facing workflows. Translate advisor, operational, regulatory, and technical needs into product requirements and delivery plans while partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Sales, and global teams. Drive competitive positioning, scalable controls, and continuous product improvement.
