The Director, Portfolio Management will lead underwriting and manage commercial lending portfolios, conducting financial analyses and maintaining client relationships.

Monitor transactions and account activity to detect and investigate fraud, document findings, mitigate potential losses (holds/STM/account closures), support retail and call center staff, review automated reports and exceptions, and recommend updates to fraud prevention strategies while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Support portfolio management for Commercial Banking by performing financial due diligence, credit analysis, covenant monitoring, risk rating, preparing internal credit memos, executing amendments/waivers, and presenting portfolio reviews. Maintain borrower files, bank systems data, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
