Leads FP&A forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, financial modeling, SaaS metrics analysis, and monthly close support. Partners with functional leaders and executives to deliver insights on growth, margins, capital structure, resource allocation, and business performance. Presents analyses to senior leadership, investors, and the Board, while improving FP&A processes, automation, and scalability.

Lead manual and automated quality assurance for enterprise web applications. Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios; manage defects; monitor quality gates, metrics, and release readiness; and collaborate with product, development, and business teams. Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to test strategy and continuous improvement, and mentor junior QA engineers. Use tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Zephyr, Selenium, or Playwright, with API, SQL, and CI/CD experience preferred.

Provide front-line customer support for WebPT software users through phone, email, and help desk cases. Resolve technical and non-technical issues, document interactions, manage Salesforce tickets, meet SLAs, escalate appropriately, and contribute to the knowledgebase. The role requires strong communication, organization, technical aptitude, multitasking, and compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
