As an Account Manager, you will manage customer relationships, drive retention and revenue growth, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through strategic guidance.

Qualify and convert leads into demos by contacting decision makers via phone, email, and web chat; respond to real-time signups; meet monthly quotas; support marketing campaigns; represent the WebPT brand; and collaborate with sales to schedule product demonstrations.

Support go-to-market strategy and product positioning for WebPT's rehab therapy product portfolio. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to launch features, develop messaging, enable sales, gather competitive intelligence, perform win/loss analysis, analyze market and member feedback, and inform roadmap and campaigns. Attend events and conduct in-person customer research as needed.
