Identify, engage, negotiate with, and sign high-quality restaurants, brands, and local favorites onto the WeBox marketplace. Build relationships with restaurant decision-makers, manage partnership opportunities from outreach through agreement, maintain a pipeline, identify marketplace gaps, and improve sourcing and negotiation strategies. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketplace teams to better meet customer and restaurant needs.

Own Marketplace performance and improvement across sales, customer behavior, pricing, profitability, product mix, partner quality, and operations. Analyze business and financial data, identify trends and issues, recommend marketplace and pricing changes, evaluate partners, negotiate commercial terms, resolve recurring quality problems, and coordinate cross-functional execution. Improve processes, simplify repetitive work, and follow initiatives through to measurable outcomes.

Owns end-to-end recruiting across technical and non-technical functions, including sourcing, candidate pipeline management, interviews, hiring decisions, and candidate experience. Partners with hiring managers and leadership, improves recruiting processes and metrics, provides talent market insights, and supports employer branding in a fast-growing startup.
