Own and improve the marketing technology stack across websites, client platforms, and white-label products. Responsibilities include technical SEO, GEO readiness, tracking and conversion implementation, Meta CAPI, Odoo CRM integrations, marketing automation, campaign and revenue measurement, troubleshooting, documentation, and implementation standards. The role translates marketing requirements into technical solutions, partners with engineering on larger fixes, and establishes ongoing quality checks.

Provides comprehensive office administration, including correspondence, scheduling, travel coordination, supplies, facilities, equipment, vendors, records, and employee onboarding. Maintains office policies, confidential information, filing systems, and records retention processes. Supports reports and documentation while handling stakeholder inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating service providers, and ensuring efficient office operations in a dynamic environment.

Oversee revenue assurance across platform transactions, payment channels, settlements, and accounting. The role manages reconciliations, revenue controls, discrepancy investigations, refunds, chargebacks, reporting, month-end support, audit documentation, and settlement validation. It partners with Finance, Operations, Commercial, Technology, and Data teams to prevent revenue leakage, improve transaction data quality, automate reconciliations, and resolve recurring issues.
