Lead day-to-day marketing operations across brand, campaigns, content, creative execution, reporting, and team management. Translate strategy into prioritized plans, ensure on-brief/on-time delivery, build proactive creative pipelines (partnerships, guerrilla activations), manage senior team members and agencies, maintain brand consistency, own performance reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to support growth across KSA and international markets.

Lead end-to-end data function: define strategy, roadmap and operating model; build and manage data engineering, analytics and governance teams; own modern data platform decisions, reliability, cost controls and observability; drive analytics, single source of truth, data products and monetisation while ensuring PDPL/GDPR/NCA-compliant governance and stakeholder alignment.

Lead and coach the Project Management team, own PMO governance and delivery assurance, maintain and improve PMO frameworks, manage portfolio reporting and financial baselines, enforce change-control and RAID processes, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget targets while providing executive-ready portfolio visibility and continuous improvement.
