Manage day-to-day Qatar office operations with emphasis on government relations, residency and company registrations, banking coordination, facilities and vendor management, and administrative support for onboarding/offboarding and cross-functional compliance. Serve as primary liaison with ministries, banks, landlords, and service providers to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient office functioning.

Lead full B2B sales cycle to close complex, high-value partnerships; proactively source and qualify leads; exceed revenue targets; maintain CRM pipeline hygiene; forecast revenue; collaborate cross-functionally to activate partners and mentor junior sales team members.

Support the sales team by researching and qualifying potential partners, conducting cold outreach and follow-ups, updating CRM, assisting partner onboarding and training, and handling administrative tasks to convert leads into opportunities.
