Manage full-cycle recruiting for legal business divisions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate closing. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, optimize job postings, and identify qualified talent. Build relationships with stakeholders and proactively engage active and passive candidates through networking, referrals, events, technology, external partners, and job boards.

Develop and optimize real-time bidding strategies, online auction mechanics, and machine learning models for advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include event prediction, feature engineering, user embeddings, clustering, fraud detection, cross-device identification, data mining, and production support. The role requires advanced Python, strong algorithms and statistics knowledge, machine learning expertise, and substantial RTB or comparable online technology experience.

Leads the discovery, development, rollout, and optimization of AI-powered automation products for legal operations. Identifies inefficient workflows, defines requirements, runs pilots, coordinates engineering and external partners, and integrates automation into case management systems. Measures efficiency gains, adoption, and throughput while translating business strategy into product roadmaps. This hybrid individual contributor role supports lawyers and paralegals by reducing manual document- and communication-driven processes.
