Process end-to-end payroll for more than 1,600 employees using ADP, including employee changes, commissions, manual checks, garnishments, benefits wires, retirement files, reconciliations, and year-end tax documents. Respond to payroll inquiries, create upload files and reports, support audits and communications, and assist accounting and special projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and effective communication.

Lead strategic analytics for a programmatic advertising business by delivering executive recommendations, scalable Tableau or Power BI dashboards, behavioral analysis, LTV and retention modeling, A/B testing, and automated AI-driven insights. Manage and mentor analysts, improve data schemas and integrity with engineering teams, and translate complex data into actionable business narratives and revenue strategies.

Owns data and analytics product strategy across legal brands, including reporting database consolidation, marketing data pipelines, audience targeting, anomaly alerting, and KPI feedback loops. Leads cross-functional collaboration, manages a 6–12 month roadmap, and drives product launches. Requires advanced SQL, spreadsheet, BI, data transformation, and marketing analytics expertise, along with comfort applying generative AI and machine learning.
