Teams at WEBIT Services, Inc.

Manages a portfolio of approximately 50 clients, driving sales of projects, hardware, services, and account growth. Leads quarterly business reviews, maintains long-term technology roadmaps, facilitates risk and compliance discussions, tracks client needs and budgets, partners with service delivery, and serves as an executive sponsor. Success is measured through roadmap adoption, conversion, client alignment, retention, client health, and QBR completion.

Own day-to-day relationships for approximately 50 managed clients, handling communications, quotes, orders, billing, renewals, service coordination, reporting, and escalations. Support vCIOs by preparing QBRs, client briefs, reports, and meeting materials. Monitor satisfaction, tickets, receivables, contracts, and account risks while coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain client retention and service quality.
