Provide multilingual technical and administrative customer support via phone and email. Troubleshoot issues, answer product inquiries, manage customer expectations, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and collaborate across departments to deliver well-researched solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Develop and manage a customer portfolio across the Benelux region by generating and qualifying inbound and outbound leads, identifying customer needs, conducting online product demonstrations, preparing tailored proposals and contracts, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role requires strong customer relationship skills, sales target performance, autonomy, and native-level Dutch and French proficiency with fluent English. Work includes using Salesforce, Dialpad, and other sales enablement tools.

Lead the French hunter sales team, drive revenue and target achievement, develop sales strategies and processes, coach people leaders, monitor regional performance, forecast results, build technology-partner relationships, and represent the business in the French market. The role requires prior sales and sales-management success, telematics or fleet-management experience, strategic and analytical skills, autonomy, and fluent French and English communication.
