Owns product, installation, release, API, OEM integration, and localization documentation across hardware and software products. Partners with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, vendors, and Marketing to coordinate content through drafting, translation, publication, maintenance, and retirement. Manages translation workflows, content calendars, release readiness, documentation accuracy, and structured authoring. Success is measured by on-time content delivery, translation quality, API documentation effectiveness, content freshness, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Hunt and close new B2B sales for vehicle telematics and fleet management solutions across Johannesburg and Gauteng. Responsibilities include cold calling, lead generation, pipeline development, full-cycle sales, customer relationship management, partner support, sales target achievement, and timely CRM-based reporting.

Own and expand strategic and integration partnerships across the fleet, mobility, and transportation ecosystem. Build executive relationships, acquire new partners, negotiate agreements, develop joint business plans, and generate pipeline and revenue through partner channels and integrations. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology to drive integration adoption, customer growth, partner enablement, and performance against commercial KPIs.
