Responsibilities include solution design, development, performance and security improvements, production support, test automation, and collaborating with stakeholders to enable enterprise partner integrations.

Drive UKI marketing strategy focused on pipeline and revenue. Build and run ABM programs, accelerate opportunity progression with Sales, manage partner marketing, lead the local marketer, run sales-marketing rhythms, and manage budget, KPIs and performance reporting to convert high-value opportunities into revenue.

Serve as the primary technical contact for South Africa region: troubleshoot escalated technical issues, train and onboard partners, lead regional strategic pilots and product tests, and collaborate with sales, support and product teams to ensure successful integrations and customer satisfaction.
