Applies powder coating and other protective or decorative materials to manufactured products. Selects appropriate powder, operates and maintains powder guns and booth equipment, monitors coating quality, and understands basic production-line operations including wash tanks, conveyors, and curing ovens. Performs loading and unloading, completes documentation, and may support other plant areas or work overtime and off shifts. The role involves exposure to fumes, heat, noise, moving machinery, and physical lifting.
