Design and develop tools, fixtures, and production processes; manage new tool builds and production launches; document setups and procedures; provide technical production support, troubleshoot non-conforming tooling/equipment/processes, and develop product protection and packaging plans.

Manage sales for assigned products and customers, focusing 75% on new product/business development and 25% on existing account management. Build customer relationships, coordinate product opportunities, meet/exceed sales goals, and report to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Requires regional travel (~25%).
