Manages construction site safety programs, inspections, audits, training, regulatory compliance, injury prevention, substance abuse testing, return-to-work processes, workers’ compensation coordination, and safety reporting. Serves as the primary safety liaison among owners, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, attorneys, and project teams while supervising safety staff and promoting safety leadership.

Manages complex construction projects from planning through completion, overseeing safety, schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, vendors, quality control, documentation, and client satisfaction. Leads and mentors project teams, manages cost reporting and forecasting, resolves project issues, coordinates buyout and procurement, tracks delays, and supports business pursuits. The role requires strong knowledge of construction contracts, building systems, exteriors and facades, and on-site construction operations.
