Provides administrative and operations support to construction project teams: project startup/closeout, document control, regulatory compliance, subcontractor/vendor management, invoice processing, union onboarding/timekeeping, accounts receivable and client billing, and general jobsite office management while promoting safety and sustainability.

Support day-to-day field operations for tenant improvement projects: manage and coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and QA/QC, track schedules, budgets, documentation, inspections, hoisting and site logistics, and mentor junior staff to ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Promote jobsite safety and support Project Management in planning, coordinating, and administering projects. Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, purchasing, scheduling, and progress reports. Support bidding and buyout, document control and record drawings, VDC coordination, submittal schedules, weekly trade performance tracking, QC and on-site trade coordination, meeting minutes, LEED/sustainability requirements, project photos, and other assigned special projects.
