Promote jobsite safety and support Project Management in planning, coordinating, and administering projects. Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, purchasing, scheduling, and progress reports. Support bidding and buyout, document control and record drawings, VDC coordination, submittal schedules, weekly trade performance tracking, QC and on-site trade coordination, meeting minutes, LEED/sustainability requirements, project photos, and other assigned special projects.

Develop, establish, and maintain project schedules across the project lifecycle. Collaborate with teams to create baseline schedules, provide updates, document delays, develop contingency options, and review contracts to ensure appropriate scheduling detail. Use Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and MS Office. Some travel required.

Lead enterprise AI strategy, governance, and adoption. Establish AI policies and responsible-AI practices, prioritize business use cases, align AI investments with organizational goals, and drive measurable business value from AI solutions across the company.
