Manages complex construction projects from planning through completion, overseeing safety, schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, vendors, quality control, documentation, and client communications. Leads and mentors project staff, manages cost forecasting and procurement, resolves issues, tracks delays, and ensures projects meet quality, schedule, and financial objectives. The role initially supports the Reno CONRAC project before transitioning to the Barton Health project.

Manages construction project quality control systems from planning through final acceptance. Oversees inspections, testing, documentation, subcontractor and vendor compliance, contract requirements, submittals, punch processes, and quality team members. Reviews drawings, specifications, codes, and procurement documents; reports quality status to owners; coordinates corrective actions; and ensures compliance with safety and applicable standards. Requires extensive public works, federal, commercial, and industrial construction quality-control experience.

Supports quality assurance and quality control for construction projects by implementing quality systems, conducting audits and inspections, resolving issues, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with project teams, clients, contractors, and authorities. The role also provides staff training and mentorship, supports project closeout and commissioning, participates in meetings, and helps ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
