Web Summit Benefits Overview

Manage speaker relationships and logistics for Web Summit’s global events. Coordinate scheduling, speaker activities, communications, and event processes while collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent attendee experience. The role requires strong organization, customer service, confidentiality, problem-solving, and project ownership, with experience in relationship management, customer service, or events preferred.

Lead and unify Partner Success, Key Attendee Success, and Startup Success globally. Own budgets, headcount, service models, SLAs, escalations, stakeholder satisfaction, and fulfilment data. Build scalable tiered operating models, champion stakeholder feedback, collaborate with Production, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, and manage high-priority escalations during event weeks. The role requires strategic leadership, operational discipline, relationship management, analytical decision-making, and the ability to improve service quality across high-volume global events.

Provide attendee support through email, live chat, and social media; resolve questions according to company policies; collect and share attendee feedback across departments; collaborate with marketing, content, email marketing, websites, product, and engineering teams; and become an expert in company software. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking, attention to detail, rapport-building, and composure in a fast-paced environment.
