The role manages speaker data and acquisition workflows, prepares detailed VIP speaker dossiers, conducts research, and meets speaker acquisition targets. Success requires exceptional communication, networking, curiosity, resilience, strong social awareness, and the ability to use AI, LLMs, and social tools to improve research and outreach.

Research and identify high-profile technology speakers, develop persuasive outreach, build relationships with speaker representatives, and secure speakers for Web Summit stages. The role manages speaker data and acquisition workflows, prepares detailed speaker dossiers, conducts VIP briefings, and consistently meets acquisition targets in a fast-paced environment.

Build and maintain end-to-end tests, reusable test data, environments, and tooling across web, mobile, APIs, services, and third-party systems. Run automated tests through CI/CD, investigate failures using monitoring and crash data, assess release risk, and improve quality practices across engineering teams. Work onsite at events to observe real user flows and convert findings into tests, monitoring, or decisions.
