The Technical Account Manager acts as the main technical contact for premium customers, resolving issues, building relationships, and ensuring reliable hosting services. Responsibilities include account management, customer onboarding, and identifying opportunities for service improvement.

Own the roadmap and backlog for WHC's IaaS products (VPS, Cloud, dedicated servers, DNS). Prioritize and drive initiatives from discovery to launch, build business cases, partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Care, use customer insights and data (including AI tools), write specs, QA releases, and measure post-launch outcomes.

The Director of Technology will lead WHC's technical roadmap, aligning engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and security with business goals, while adopting emerging technologies and maintaining product integrity.
