Teams at Weaviate

Paid full-time remote internship contributing to vector search, databases, and ML research. Work on storage, indexes, retrieval, embeddings, model tuning, or inference optimization alongside engineers and researchers.

Lead the Weaviate Database product: own roadmap and strategy, translate customer and research insights into features across schema, storage, replication, and search quality, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive developer adoption, and measure feature outcomes post-release.

Manage Weaviate's social channels and content calendar, create written and visual content for developers, track social metrics, engage the community, use AI tools for content creation, and collaborate with growth, product, and engineering to execute campaigns.
