Supports marketing across multiple brands through website content development, branding refinement, creative design, social media, sales materials, brochures, corporate communications, SOQs, and RFPs. Partners with technical and business development teams, maintains marketing files and reporting data, supports conferences and events, and represents marketing in cross-functional meetings. The role requires managing multiple projects, communicating technical services effectively, and working in a hybrid office environment.

Leads environmental consulting projects by scheduling and overseeing fieldwork, managing sampling and laboratory data, preparing and reviewing technical reports, coordinating with clients, contractors, and regulators, and enforcing health and safety standards. The role also supports project budgets, invoicing, permitting, remediation, compliance assessments, and client service while requiring up to 35% out-of-town travel.

Lead month-end close activities, reconciliations, and year-end audit preparation; apply judgment on process and risk; drive process improvements and root-cause analysis; collaborate across teams to support consolidated financial reporting and profitability.
