Support design, permitting, construction monitoring, and operation of landfill and transfer station environmental control systems. Perform field sampling, data analysis, CAD drafting, prepare technical reports and permit applications, inspect construction quality, and support senior staff with travel-intensive fieldwork.

Perform Phase I/II ESAs, wetland delineations and permitting, remediation oversight and sampling, erosion/sediment monitoring, transaction screens, and prepare technical reports, maps, and soil boring logs in compliance with regulations and safety protocols.

Manage and deliver solid waste engineering projects including landfill design, permitting, site grading, drainage, leachate and gas collection systems, stormwater and erosion control. Prepare technical reports, construction documents, perform field sampling and construction observation, mentor staff, and ensure project profitability and client communication.
