Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment at customer job sites. Maintain pumps, blowers, generators, piping, electrical panels, and related systems; operate heavy equipment; use diagnostic tools; complete service reports; communicate with customers and management; and work independently in field environments with travel up to 50%.

Summer intern supporting civil and environmental engineering projects involving solid waste, landfill gas, site infrastructure, air compliance, permitting, grading plans, technical reports, construction observation, and field documentation. The role uses Civil 3D and requires collaboration with technical staff, strong communication, independent work, and occasional local travel with overnight stays.

Provides first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, phones, and peripherals. Responds to help desk inquiries, documents incidents, installs and configures equipment, troubleshoots issues, escalates complex problems, maintains IT asset records, and creates end-user documentation and training. Supports Microsoft cloud and on-premises applications, basic networking, and security concepts while assisting employees across multiple locations.
