Leads and mentors product designers while partnering with Product and Engineering on strategy, roadmaps, experience vision, research, design quality, and scalable user experiences. The role includes coaching, performance management, hiring, retention, cross-product UX initiatives, and advocacy for validated healthcare practice user needs across a distributed team.

Maintain and optimize a distributed cloud-based VoIP platform using SIP/RTP infrastructure, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, RTPengine, and Homer. Build Go-based microservices, deploy services on Kubernetes, troubleshoot call quality and signaling issues, and improve observability, reliability, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. The role partners with SRE and Platform teams, participates in on-call rotations, and supports incident remediation and production service operations in major cloud environments.

Manage a portfolio of SMB software customers, driving adoption, retention, renewals, upsells, and long-term satisfaction. Provide strategic guidance, training, business reviews, escalation support, and account analysis. Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Onboarding teams while advocating for customer needs and capturing success stories. The role is hybrid, with three required in-office days weekly.
