Assist clinical leadership of a memory care unit, oversee resident assessments, medication administration, nursing documentation, staff hiring/training/scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with healthcare providers and families, respond to emergencies, and participate in quality assurance and infection control initiatives.

Manage front desk operations, IT/network systems, payroll, bookkeeping, resident records, and staff benefits for a senior living community. Supervise staff, report incidents and repairs, and perform other administrative duties to support daily operations.
