Own the product lifecycle from requirements discovery and scoping through PRDs, backlog management, developer handoff, QA, release validation, documentation, training, and member support. The role coordinates multiple feature projects, translates customer and business needs into clear specifications, tests software, tracks bugs, and maintains communication across leadership, development, marketing, and support teams in a fast-paced AI-focused environment.

Owns cross-department operations as the CEO’s right-hand operator, coordinating Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. Responsibilities include KPI tracking, quality control, SOP enforcement, executive support, client communication, event logistics, CRM and AI workflow oversight, and process improvement. The role requires high responsiveness across time zones, including six-day workweeks and occasional travel, with potential growth into a COO position.

Manage commercial insurance operations for a bilingual agency, including client intake, quoting, policy binding, financing, invoicing, certificates, workers’ compensation waivers, payment reminders, renewals, carrier shopping, inbox management, and English-Spanish client communications.
