Manage end-to-end legal billing operations including high-volume insurance defense and corporate billing, prepare and submit accurate invoices, support AR and AP processes, track billing performance, resolve billing issues, and maintain billing/matter setups and reporting using Excel and e-billing platforms.

Remote executive sales and marketing assistant responsible for CRM and lead management, email marketing, social and community management, Google Business Profile and basic website updates, inbox/client communication (email/SMS only), and SOP documentation. Maintain and segment a ~250-client database, run targeted Mailchimp campaigns, manage Instagram/Meta messages, respond to reviews, and clean CRM backlogs while using AI tools to optimize copy and workflows.
