Support sustaining and inquiry engineering activities: adapt and reconfigure existing designs, create prototype drawings, modify CAD models/assemblies/BOMs, ensure manufacturability and alignment with manufacturing, and support sales and manufacturing with timely configurations.

Develop and maintain daily/hourly production schedules by work center to meet the master schedule and customer requirements. Release work orders, monitor execution and MRP exceptions, coordinate material shortages with buyers, manage WIP/finished goods inventory, reconcile discrepancies, report impacts to on-time delivery, determine labor needs, and support continuous improvement and plant safety.

Lead plant quality function for a machining and assembly facility: maintain ISO-compliant quality systems (FMEA, control plans, work instructions, PPAP), manage corrective actions using 8D, conduct supplier qualifications/audits, drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements, liaise with customers/suppliers, and manage department financials and quality goals.
