Leads census, occupancy, admissions, and commercial growth across 10 skilled nursing facilities in Northern Virginia. Builds referral relationships with hospitals, health systems, ACOs, discharge planners, physicians, and community partners. Coaches facility admissions and marketing teams, improves intake-to-admission conversions, monitors market and competitor trends, analyzes census and payer metrics, and implements corrective strategies. Requires extensive regional field travel and direct skilled nursing facility experience.

Manage a portfolio of existing SaaS client accounts, serving as the primary relationship contact. Responsibilities include client communication, platform value optimization, issue resolution, account health monitoring, risk identification, internal coordination, and improving customer experience. The role requires strong communication, independence, organization, accountability, and proactive relationship management. This is an in-office position in Montreal.

Lead accounting operations and month-end close; prepare financial statements and reconciliations; support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; manage and mentor junior staff; oversee grant accounting and compliance; coordinate audits; improve accounting processes and reporting; partner with the CFO on financial strategy.
