Conduct quantitative research, build market and order-flow models, develop algorithmic trading and routing systems, and manage their daily operations. The role includes designing simulation frameworks, validating algorithm performance against historical and real-world data, adapting systems to changing market conditions, and partnering with engineering, data science, operations, and product teams.

Supports Treasury through financial analytics, regulatory reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making. Uses SQL, Excel, Kyriba, and business intelligence tools to extract and analyze treasury data, manage recurring reports, improve processes, and ensure accuracy. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, IT, and senior stakeholders on cash and collateral management projects and translates business requirements into technical reporting solutions.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Platform Engineering. Build proactive pipelines for niche roles, advise hiring managers on strategy and market conditions, manage interview processes and closes, track funnel KPIs, improve recruiting tools and processes, and coach junior recruiters. The role requires strong versatility across technical domains, hands-on Ashby experience, AI-forward sourcing, and the ability to manage multiple complex searches.
