Plan and execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns (in-app, email, push), use AI tools to speed content and analysis, build AI-powered workflows, run A/B tests, analyze performance, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to improve lifecycle engagement.

Build and maintain shared AI developer tooling and platform components that enable AI-assisted code review, PR automation, and governance. Implement guardrails, policy controls, and reliability measures across a polyglot stack (Ruby on Rails, Python, TypeScript, Java/Kotlin). Partner with teams to consolidate bespoke LLM tools into governed, reusable infrastructure, measure impact with metrics, and contribute to platform strategy and developer adoption.

Supervise and conduct reviews of portfolio managers, associate PMs, advisors and sales for KYC/KYP, suitability and conflicts. Audit financial plans and onboarding, run the sales conduct program, escalate findings, drive remediation, and improve policies and automation to scale supervision.
