Teams at WE Charity

Manage a portfolio of schools to drive retention, engagement and fundraising growth. Serve as liaison to educators, deliver workshops, execute outreach and conversion strategies, set targets, report on impact, and support marketing through collected school profiles and impact measurement.

Lead WE Schools for Pacific Coast and Western Canada, co-lead the Vancouver office, manage a 24-person team across four markets, drive program strategy and delivery, recruit schools and educators, build and steward district partnerships, and ensure targets, quality, and stakeholder outcomes are met.

Deliver motivational speeches and action-planning workshops to youth and educators, facilitate leadership and social justice programming, travel nationally, coordinate logistics and outreach, track expenditures, complete administrative tasks, and represent the organization positively.
