Oversees regional clinical donor management and clinical staff (CDCs, RTCs, AOCs), setting goals, training, scheduling, conducting field observations, mentoring, reviewing cases for quality improvement, and ensuring compliance with OPTN/CMS guidelines to maximize transplanted organs.

Manage clinical services and staff for the Low Country region, overseeing medical management of organ donors, training, scheduling, case review, quality improvement, supply inventory, and on-call/field responsibilities to ensure compliance with OPTN and CMS guidelines and maximize organ transplantation.

Manage regional clinical services for organ donation including medical management of donors, staff supervision, training, policy implementation, case review, performance management, and field observation in hospitals/OR to maximize organs transplanted.
