Support 2-4 client teams on earned media, research, messaging, content, and project coordination. Draft and edit press materials, build press lists, pitch reporters, track coverage, coordinate events, monitor news and social trends, assist proposals, manage workflows, and perform administrative tasks while pursuing professional development.

The Principal role involves leading the Seattle office, expanding market growth, providing strategic oversight, mentoring talent, and shaping RALLY's long-term direction in advocacy communications.

Conduct desk, qualitative, and quantitative research to generate audience insights and messaging recommendations; monitor media and social trends; synthesize findings into reports, presentations, and data visualizations; support research execution, client meetings, and new business efforts across advocacy campaigns.
