Lead and manage the institutional giving team to develop and execute foundation and corporate fundraising strategies. Oversee portfolios of 50–80 institutional donors, coach staff, prepare proposals and stewardship reports, maintain CRM data, and monitor team performance to grow multi-year revenue and donor relationships.

Manage Chicago Public Media's midlevel leadership giving program, supervise and mentor Leadership Giving Officer(s), cultivate and solicit donors, oversee donor engagement and stewardship strategies, track solicitation and database activity, coordinate with membership team, and support events and fundraising pipeline development.

The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and managing the team's general ledger and month-end close cycles, while training and supervising accounting staff.
