Manage day-to-day operations of Wayve's London offices, lead Reception team, oversee facilities, suppliers and contractors, coordinate meetings, events and hospitality, ensure health & safety compliance, support onboarding and workplace projects to deliver an exceptional employee and visitor experience.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will evolve Wayve's simulation platform, focusing on robot emulator fidelity, visual fidelity, or scaling, integrating components and leading technical discussions.

Lead platform bring-up and validation of Wayves AI stack on automotive hardware. Port and configure Linux/QNX/AUTOSAR systems, integrate drivers and middleware, automate flashing and tests, and collaborate with OEMs, Verification, and Release teams to ensure robust CI/CD and hardware integration.
