Supports depositary services for alternative investment and private fund clients. Responsibilities include daily cash monitoring, oversight and sample-based control reviews, client reporting, and assisting with depositary-related requirements. The role requires adherence to applicable policies and regulations, including AIFMD and the Cayman Private Funds Act, while supporting operational controls and compliance activities.

Build and operate Waystone’s engineering platform across Azure, AWS, and OCI. Develop Terraform infrastructure modules, CI/CD automation, and cloud governance patterns; support AKS workloads, Windows and Linux infrastructure, observability, incident response, disaster recovery, and compliance. Enable development teams through self-service environments, documentation, and technical guidance. Participate in on-call, troubleshoot complex issues, improve resilience and cost efficiency, and mentor junior engineers.

Supports investment risk oversight for regulated funds by reviewing fund reports, conducting investment manager due diligence, analyzing portfolio risk indicators, preparing regulatory and monthly risk reports, performing liquidity stress testing, monitoring investment compliance limits, and presenting risk analysis to fund boards and risk committees.
