The Associate Director will enhance the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, ensuring effective risk identification, assessment, reporting, and promoting a risk-aware culture across the Group.

Provide legal and governance advice across the full lifecycle of investment funds, focusing on ManCo/AIFM regulatory frameworks; draft, review and negotiate fund and commercial agreements; support strategic initiatives, identify and mitigate legal risks, collaborate with Compliance and stakeholders, and represent the firm in industry working groups.

Manage relationships with a small portfolio of major financial services clients to drive revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell, strategic account planning, contract negotiation, client engagement, market insight, risk management and representation at industry events. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and report performance using established account management methodologies.
