Develop and maintain Appian applications, including interfaces, process models, records, integrations, and configurations. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, perform testing, troubleshoot defects, and support production systems. Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, planning, governance, audit activities, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, performant, and maintainable solutions. Platform administration, environment management, and infrastructure monitoring are excluded from the role.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, support production systems, participate in Agile ceremonies, and follow development, security, governance, audit, and compliance standards. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members, contribute to continuous improvement, and provide technical guidance on Appian capabilities. The role excludes Appian administration, environment management, and infrastructure monitoring.

Leads Cayman Islands compliance services for regulated investment funds and financial entities. Serves as AMLCO, MLRO, or DMLRO; oversees AML/CFT/CPF and sanctions governance, risk assessments, independent audits, remediation, regulatory inspections, Board reporting, and client escalations. Manages senior staff, quality standards, budgets, professional development, service delivery, and business growth while advising clients and engaging with CIMA and other regulators.
