Provide legal and governance advice across the full lifecycle of investment funds, focusing on ManCo/AIFM regulatory frameworks; draft, review and negotiate fund and commercial agreements; support strategic initiatives, identify and mitigate legal risks, collaborate with Compliance and stakeholders, and represent the firm in industry working groups.

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll across multiple jurisdictions for ~1,800 employees, liaise with external providers and internal partners, maintain payroll systems and controls, prepare reports, handle queries, pensions and regional tax requirements, and drive process automation and continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll across multiple jurisdictions for ~1,800 employees. Oversee payroll administration, pension remittances, payroll reporting, query resolution, and compliance. Liaise with external payroll providers, HR, Finance, auditors and tax authorities. Maintain payroll systems (BambooHR, Excel), drive process improvement and automation, and ensure robust controls and regulatory adherence.
