The Account Executive will prospect and develop new healthcare revenue cycle sales opportunities, manage leads and client relationships, prepare proposals and contracts, execute territory strategies, and achieve quota-based targets. The role involves consultative selling, sales reporting, presentations, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, at least two years of quota-bearing sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and customer relationship expertise.

Leads reliability engineering for critical platforms by improving scalability, performance, observability, automation, and incident response. Designs SLOs, error budgets, monitoring, recovery mechanisms, and infrastructure solutions; conducts root cause analyses and postmortems; supports distributed systems, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines. Provides technical leadership across engineering teams, mentors engineers, and applies AI tools to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
