Part-time Data Coordinator responsible for maintaining spreadsheets, entering and tracking program data, preparing recurring reports, updating electronic case records, managing billing and financial data, and completing clerical tasks. The role requires strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, attention to detail, customer service, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and deadline management. Experience with Department of Children and Families service models is beneficial but not required.

Supports HR and Finance through workforce analytics, HRIS administration, payroll processing, compliance reporting, audits, and employee data management. Develops reports and dashboards, maintains HR systems and records, audits payroll and employee data, supports regulatory reporting, and improves administrative processes. The role requires collaboration with HR, Finance, payroll, and technology teams while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
