Provides infusion-clinic nursing care under physician direction, including vital-sign monitoring, venipuncture, IV therapies, injections, medication administration, patient education, test coordination, result review, documentation, triage, and follow-up. Maintains clinical supplies and equipment, supports procedures, recognizes abnormalities, and responds appropriately to emergencies. Requires a Michigan RN license, BLS certification, and extensive RN experience, preferably in ambulatory care, oncology, neurology, rheumatology, or infusion services.

Performs OB-GYN ultrasound procedures, operates and maintains sonographic equipment, produces and records diagnostic images, explains procedures, and communicates findings to physicians. Documents results in the electronic medical record, schedules appointments, supports research and trainee education, and maintains patient confidentiality and safety standards. The role is based in a hospital, medical center, or clinic and may include off-site travel and on-call duties.

Provides supervised mental health and chemical dependency assessments, individual and group treatment, case management, care coordination, treatment planning, referrals, patient education, documentation, payer authorization, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Supports patients with behavioral health, substance use, housing, benefits, transportation, and community resource needs while maintaining confidentiality, ethical standards, and clinical compliance.
