Leads ERP and business systems strategy, governance, implementation, and stabilization for supply chain, purchasing, warehouse management, inventory, and logistics functions. Oversees requirements, solution design, integrations, data readiness, testing, training, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and support transition across multiple manufacturing locations. Manages workstreams, vendors, consultants, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders while driving standardized, scalable systems capabilities and organizational adoption.

Administers FMLA, disability, personal leave, workers’ compensation, and employee benefit processes. Maintains leave and benefits data in Workday, resolves enrollment and eligibility discrepancies, supports open enrollment, coordinates with carriers and corporate benefits, assists employees with claims and plan questions, and ensures compliance with applicable requirements. The role also supports HR engagement initiatives, employee communications, and process improvements.

Hangs live chickens by placing their feet into moving shackles, controls product flow with a hydraulic bar, follows animal welfare and safety requirements, and performs physically demanding work in wet, dusty, hot environments. Requires extended standing, lifting up to 60 pounds, pushing heavy buggies, and flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
