Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers

Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers (WMCHC) is a federally qualified, multi-specialty community health center serving rural communities in northeastern Pennsylvania. Across its clinics, it provides accessible, affordable care including primary and walk-in care, women’s health, pediatrics, dental, behavioral health and podiatry. Its mission is to sustain healthy rural communities, serve all members of the community—with an emphasis on underserved and disadvantaged people—and address barriers that affect health outcomes.
