Teams at Waymo

Lead growth initiatives for Waymo's rider product by building features, tooling, and infrastructure to drive trip growth. Partner cross-functionally with data science, marketing, UX, engineering, and operations to improve experimentation, measurement, and customer acquisition efficiency. Define and promote growth strategy to senior leaders and execute on incentives and CAC optimization.

Design and build instrumentation, diagnostics, and onboard architectures to prevent, detect, and debug compute reliability issues across heterogeneous platforms. Lead cross-functional initiatives addressing compiler, optimization, and model-induced faults. Create scalable tools for triage and mitigation of hardware and software failures (deadlocks, memory corruption, races, leaks, latency).

Develop and train computer vision and multimodal models, design scalable AI frameworks, and improve systems through fine-tuning and reinforcement learning techniques while collaborating with multiple teams.
