Lead the design and optimization of healthcare data pipelines integrating EHR, payer, HIE, and vendor data. Ensures launches meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality goals while driving continuous improvement and organizational scalability.

Manage clinical pharmacy services for vulnerable Medicaid patients in California. Provide telephonic, video, and SMS outreach; medication adherence counseling; chronic disease education; transitions-of-care support; and assistance with medication and equipment access. Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, use analytics to identify high-risk patients, support quality improvement, and supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
