Own the full sales cycle for German consumer brands, from self-sourced lead generation through discovery, negotiation, and closing. Partner with BDRs and underwriting to deliver financing deals, use MEDDPICC, build pipeline independently, exceed targets, and support small-business growth. The role is Berlin-based with a hybrid schedule and offers potential progression into emerging vertical leadership or people management.

Build end-to-end product features: collaborate with product and design, write clean testable code, ship production-ready features, maintain live systems, participate in code reviews and documentation, and drive technical quality.

Conduct outbound outreach to small-business founders, qualify their financing needs, build rapport, and refer suitable prospects to Account Executives. The role requires persistence in a target-driven environment, curiosity, commercial awareness, and fluent English and German. It offers structured training through the Revenue Academy and a typical progression into Account Executive or Customer Success roles within 12–18 months.
