Lead and oversee therapeutic shelter homes program, ensuring regulatory compliance, high-quality client care, staff supervision, budget management, QA systems, and coordination with county/state contracts and mental health services.

Lead and manage the Older Individuals who are Blind (OIB) program, ensuring grant compliance, staff supervision and training, community outreach, billing coordination, program marketing and service delivery across Los Angeles County to support independent living for visually impaired older adults.

Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra), troubleshoot M365 issues, support helpdesk escalations, manage Windows servers and virtualization, produce usage and license reports, and provide user training and implementation support during migration to Microsoft 365.

Provide direct safety monitoring and engagement for students in Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs. Co-lead groups, support clinical staff, observe and chart behavior, reinforce positive behavior, teach coping and independent living skills, and assist with safety assessments and emergency procedures.

Coordinate benefits administration, manage leave of absence tracking, support performance management, maintain HRIS/Paycom, generate reports, conduct employee and benefits orientations, ensure compliance with employment records and regulations, and provide administrative HR support to leadership.
